Why Isn't Gozen Available on Ecommerce platform?
We chose to build our own website as part of our commitment to integrity and supporting local businesses. By not relying on large e-commerce platforms, we’re able to offer a more personal and curated shopping experience, while directly supporting Indonesian SMEs through a platform we manage ourselves.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia.
How long does shipping take?
As our products are carefully designed and handmade by artisans through multiple stages, production takes approximately 2–3 weeks. During peak demand periods, it may take around 5–8 weeks.
What is your return/exchange policy?
If there's a production defect, you can return the item within 7 days of receiving it. However, since our items are handmade, slight variations in color or texture are natural and add to each piece’s unique character.
